KEEN TO WORK WITH US?

Join a growing engineering company supporting some of New Zealand’s most ambitious projects.

WORKING AT CALIBER

Caliber engineers work inside client project teams across New Zealand, helping to solve complex problems, fast track progress, and strengthen engineering capability in sectors that range from aerospace to agritech and medtech to manufacturing. It is varied, interesting work with real impact.

Our engineers are employed on a permanent, full time basis and become part of a strong, supportive team. You are backed by Team Leads, Discipline Leads, Regional Managers, and a group of more than sixty five engineers who are there when you need guidance or a second opinion. That support stays with you whatever project you are working on.

Caliber has been growing steadily for more than a decade. Our engineers have opportunities to move into project engineering support, technical leadership, and people management roles. You will work with trusted systems, processes, and development frameworks, alongside some of the best minds in the business.
