AUTOMATED OVEN LINE
Worked with client team to develop clinch tools, presses and part loaders as part of a larger flexible fully automated oven line. Work involved taking a concept design through analysis to manufacturing drawings and manufacturing support.

Detailed design of a vacuum mooring system for a global based client. Working with the clients cross functional design team to complete the partially detailed design, including hydraulic power pack, reticulation and manufacturing drawings.

David was Product Development Manager for this award winning small format trampoline. It has a stamped and welded frame, over molded fiberglass bars, slide-on enclosure/playpen, and slide-on feet for adult exercise use.
