Matt was nominated for the Good Bugger Award by his colleagues, for the solid job he did on the Cavotec NxG test rig. Matt integrated into the Cavotec office quickly, picking up Cavotec processes and product understanding seamlessly. He set up the product requirement spec and was an integral part of working through the different concepts and detailed designs of the test rig.
