Electrical schematics and panel design, PLC programming, HMI and SCADA development, drive and servo configuration, machine safety, and commissioning.
FE ANALYSIS
FEA, CFD, and engineering calculations to verify strength, fatigue life, and performance, including validation to New Zealand standards.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
Training programmes for engineering teams covering design process, AI for engineers, product development and commercialisation, communication, and leadership.
