“SOLIDWORKS certifications can be used as a benchmark to measure your knowledge and competency with SOLIDWORKS software. Our program establishes an industry standard by which SOLIDWORKS professionals are evaluated through a fair, comprehensive test of your knowledge of SOLIDWORKS both in the areas of Mechanical Design and Design Validation. Becoming certified establishes you as a highly competent SOLIDWORKS professional.” [source]
What we do
We are a seconded engineering service. Our engineers work on site with our clients, as part of their design team, for as long as they are required … to fill a skill gap or provide the extra resource required to get a job over the line.
Honouring our commitment
One of the commitments we make to our clients is that our engineers will hit the ground running. Our recruitment process ensures we employ highly competent, experienced design engineers to ensure we meet this promise.
Measuring competence
One of the ways we can measure and promote competence is through accreditation. Our engineers are encouraged to sit SOLIDWORKS (and Inventor) exams; to prove their competence in these essential tools of the trade.
Professional team
We’re proud to say that out of our team of 35 engineers, we have:
- 8 Certified SOLIDWORKS Professionals
- 6 Certified SOLIDWORKS Professionals Advanced
- 3 Certified SOLIDWORKS Experts
- 7 Inventor Autodesk Certified Professionals
Experts on hand
Rest assured, if you are employing a Caliber engineer, they’ll know their way around SOLIDWORKS. And if they aren’t a Certified Expert, one of their colleagues is and they’re always available to share knowledge. Learning is a must at Caliber, and we’re proud of our team for living this value.
There’s more about the content of these exams in a previous blog post.
